Most people purchase a house only once in their life, so it is exceedingly important that you do it right. Avoid Ground Floor because

• ·         No balcony and no view
• ·         Less privacy
• ·         Noise- People &vehicle
• ·         More Mosquitoes
• ·         Drainage overflow impact
• ·         More cockroaches, Rate issue – Nearest to drain
• ·         You will be the first to face ground problems

Advantage – Safe, No lift /stairs, Free movement

 

Avoid Top Floor because

• ·         Hight Heat
• ·         Ceiling water seepage
• ·         First to face the sky problem -like lightening
• ·         Low water pressure

 

Advantage – Clean, Silent/Privacy, No leaks from floor above, Highest ventilation & best view

 

Prefer middle floor & Lower than 2 to 3 floors from Top or bottom

• ·         No heat or very less  
• ·         No leakage issues
• ·         No Mosquitoes
• ·         Manageable without lift in worst case
• ·         Fair ventilation
• ·         Ground view visible
• ·          Good privacy
• ·         Free from ground and sky problem
• ·         Lesser power consumption
• ·         Suitable water pressure
• ·         Suitable for Safety point of view
