Dear Friends, 

Today most likely day of the week to everyone. Weekend start and relax. Saturday. 

I have one of friend who is working on Solar business and discussion with him I asked below question and I got answer that for you . It is very interesting too.

CanWe  install Solar for Individual Apartment/Flat ?

Yes Of course ,.But  depends on few things.. 

1. If balcony receives more than 5 hours sunlight a day… 

2. Require Space available for putting panels in the balcony.. 325w 24v panels will be 6 feet by 3 feet size..

3. Permission for Society committee

4. EB authority agreed 

4. Latitude of your place.. if you are in North india you're at higher latitude and so mounting angle will be 30 to 40 degree.. so feasible leaning on balcony wall maybe.. if you're in South india then angle will be 10 to 15 degrees… means almost flat on ground needed.. this is because of sunlight angle on latitude.. wrong angles can bring down the generation by upto 50%.. each 325w panel is capable of generatinbetween 0.6 to 1.4 kilowatt hours a day depending on weather conditions and exposure conditions.

Good night . Today is Thursday and very interesting day because weekend going to knocking now . It was very existing debating in the subject of when shall we replace Aircondition? The conclusion as below

When should I replace my air conditioner?

1. Once AC ageing more then 8 years

2. But in costal area then 6 years

3. If yours uses more then 8 hrs or more then 6 years

4. If your consumption is high while uses and frequent failure and yours compressor and condenser faulty means beyond economic repairing .

above all reason you needs to replace Aircondition but before summer start .

Today is Wednesday, it is difficult to see Wednesday as exciting and thrilling because most of us spend every Wednesday working hard. one thing for sure is that it is better than Monday and its coming close to Friday  

How do you know when it is time to upgrade your home electric system?

Here upgrade means connected load higher than your Electric connection of EB Load 

•             Let I explain by example. If your home connection is 1 PH, 5 kW and your home electric

              appliances (one at time) use more than 85% of connecting load then upgrade require.

•             First If you increase one AC or Installation of geyser.

•             2nd your home wiring become old say > 20 years.

•             3rd if any fire / Short Ckt occurred at that time needs to change.

•             4th at the time of renovation of home.

I am busy with my work and at 11.30 AM, I got call from my Uncle who is leaving in the Surat & asked me to follow one Question and I have reverted as below.   This is very useful to all of us and take precaution for you also

 

How dose an electricity bill increases without increasing usages?

There are following reason in which despite usages remain same bill increase

 1. Electric bill increases if tariff rate will increase (Per unit charges if increase)

2.  Second if the usage remains same but if we have not done proper services of Electrical and

      Electronics devises like Air-condition then also bill increase.

3.  If uses remain same but Electricity company Meter got faulty or running high, then also    

      Electricity bill increase.

4. If your cables having loose connection, then also losses increase and possible to get increase in  

    Electric bill

5. If your uses remain same but if someone tapping your connection, then your uses remain same 

    but someone else using then also electric bill increase.

6. If your EB meter faulty and EB authority given you average billing and post rectification of the

   EB meter EB authority can charge as per uses and at that time you bill will come with high 

   amount.

7. If you not switched off the electric /Electronics equipment’s from remote & remain main switch

   on then also increase the Bill .

Learnt from Air condition Service Man

 Hi, Good evening. 

Sunday is special for everyone as like me. Relax in each activity. Calling friends and relative if not getting call during last week. 

Today i have decided to learn about Air condition Service. I have called to Ac Service man with full safety precaution due to COVID19. 

The service man did very good service for all the Air conditions of my house and what I learnt from him that I am sharing.

Why Air condition service require in specify interval? 

Ans - If our Air condition running on daily 2 to 6 hrs. or more then we need the service in every 3 months for smooth operation of AC, Reduce the energy consumption, Proper cooling improve the lift of Air condition. 

What to do in the Air condition service?

 Ans - In Air condition service, mainly Clean the Air filters properly for Indoor and Outdoor unit for the Split AC and indoor filter for the Window Condition by blower and also water with spray

What is the cost for one service ?

Ans - The window Ac Service cost ranging from 150 Rs to Rs.225 and Split AC from Rs.250 to 350 Rs depends upon the City, Area and Location.

What would the desire temp setting in Home  ?

Ans - Desire temp setting in our home is ranging from 24 C to 27 C depends upon the room size, room Location and types of building.
